Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Return to the Ocean. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
– You have *30 days* from the date of receipt to return an item.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be **unused, unworn, and in the original packaging** with tags still attached.
– Items purchased on **sale** or marked as **final sale** are **non-returnable**.

Return Process
1. To initiate a return, please email us at jake@returntotheocean.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
– We only replace items if they are **defective or damaged**. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at **jake@returntotheocean.com with details and a photo of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items
– Gift cards
– Custom prints or personalized items

Late or Missing Refunds
– If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
– Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
